What did he do? Describe please: He was advertising me to come to his server because he is admin. He said this 2 times, but I refused.

Yep this player is doing rule breaking Guyz one advise for you stop this kind of shits like spamming advertising or abusing about server closs this all thing plz then our server will be safe from abusers spammers
