It's not defined as wall hacking. It is wall glitching however if he tries to shoot someone from inside the wall. There is no rule that disallows him from glitching into walls as long as he doesn't use a program for it.
This glitch with the help Icon at that particular location can easily be fixed by moving it. I kinda like the glitch and would want to keep it, but at the same time noobies might get stuck there. I'll wait for some replies to hear what the others have to say.
Btw the report was denied, so no harm done.

Well i know that bug before, but i dont think it can be something bad, you cant evade with that, thats the unique loc where you get inside in a build, but you can out, in the others locs, you just pass the wall and fall e_e.

If krlozz means that the inside wall isn't solid, then I don't see this as being a problem.

Yes, as you can see in the vodeo report, when twice teleport to that guy he get out so easy, you can out easy and cant enter without the pickup e.e
