What did he do? Describe please: I've just got back yesterday in playing back on VK Server, had In real life issues, and today I came to play and I see the name 'Casper' this Casper need to understand there is already A Casper which is me, he must create a new name

Any links to screenshots you took as evidence: Don't need evidence, I know im Casper and i will win this settlement

You also can't use his previous names.
EK.4K name was VK.G.H.((O)).S.T what if I start playing with this name?
I'll get state transfer in a second if any level 8+ admin see me.
