There should be an auto mute system to stop spammers
If someone repeats a phrase 4-5 times then server should auto-mute him for 30-40 seconds rather than kicking people because sometimes the game hangs. Also I think this will help keep the game chat away from hackers.

If someone is muted they also should not be able to use any commands or chat to anyone so they will learn their lesson.

I think this is a better way to avoid spammers because sometimes players don't do it on purpose like if they use the command !heal 4-5 times or /c flip or !fix and they don't do it like in 4-5 seconds right after the one they did before. Because server also kicks you if you type the same command or phrase in a huge amount of time interval
