As angel mentioned that guy is warned for doing that if he does it again he will be banned and see he is doing it again.

Please, stop being a racist, we already know that you are a hater kid, but in my opinion is enough.

You are just provoking him to do it, later you will take advantage about the actual topic then record him and report it. Really obvious.

as I said in my reply he hasn't been warned yet until I've talked to him. I am going to talk to him now since it appears as if he is in the server.

"Thinh showed me the bug. He recorded a video of himself while he showed me the bug, so I could see it from both screens. On my screen it looked like thinh was running and shooting at the same time with stubby. But when I looked on the video he showed me (that he said he would delete 5 minutes later), he stopped every time he was shooting. His game, as far I know (I am not an expert) had stable FPS."

Which means that the sliding rule is flawed. Because on his screen he is not breaking the rule, while on my screen he is. We need to update the rules to a fair definition.
