This time, is not wallglitch in my opinion.
because that part of Malibu`s club doesn`t have a wall. You can see it from those two sides (VIP zone side where Shield was and Lights roof side).

Now, if he shooted to someone from Top of lights roof to bottom, It would be a wallglitch.
But is not doing it.

Btw, nice catched. Now Admins will know that Twice knows some locations to wallglitch.

Just because you didn't posted the video which shows him shooting from that location. Keeping Naruto's view in my mind. As Proofs don't show any type of shooting.

Just glitching or teleporting for the fun of it is allowed, the rule only disallows killing from those places.

At the end of the video ameer is the one that kills the player and not the person he is reporting. The wall glitching rule only applies in the opposite case, which is when ameer is killed from a Place not accessible without penetrating a wall or teleporting.

"Glitching by killing from a place that isn't accesible without the use of any commands or from a place not possible to get to without penetrating a object/solid (a wall, a roof, a fence, etc.) is not allowed unless there is no wall separating the killer from the victim. If you're caught wall glitching in this way, you will either get a warning, a kick or a temp-ban."

There is no rule break in this report.
