Well, This is a CLEO Script for Vice City But game_allowedmods remove the line on vcmp_config.txt

Bypass the CLEO Script on VC:MP This mods are hot

You can download the ThirteenAG's Ultimate ASI Loader Here is link
ASI Loader
After downloading file Rename the DLL file before put to the GTA Vice City Folder
Then Put them to GTA Vice City and Start the VC-MP
