It's all in front of you mate, just see how he's still double posting and I'm sure I've actually warned him 50+ times to not do this. Also he's just making topics and replying to topics because his unban requests are getting denied.

i like Vks most because of Vk.Angel.of.Death and EK.CrystalBlue, so that they scripted well and i appreciate the strive hard work by =EK=4k and some responsible admins including : Dark_abdo , [EK]Signal , BABA, [Kft]Syndicate , D.E.V.I.L [This guy has really! improved alot!] and [EK]Arnold^.

Didn't he describe the purpose of this message? Stop being so harsh on forum rules they are not like server rules, I to 100 % control them. He can write in arabic because we understand what he is saying. He is telling the guy to stop spamming. I don't have time to update or make an exact definition of it right now, so I hope that will do.
