Event Mr. President - Announcement of Lottery

VKs Government
Hello citizens of VKs Official server,
I'm here to announce a new lottery scheme which which help to keep the players Wealthy. We the VKs Government will make a lottery scheme of 2M which will held once a month. Players can participate in it by buying a lottery ticket of 50k. Leave a reply telling that you are interested in it or not. Your name will be entered in the draw. It will held using Random Picking. Fair and Trim. These schemes will help the newbies to attain some respect and Stuff in the server and to sprain their interest in VK's server because these events can't be found anywhere in Vcmp. The winner of the Draw will get 2M In-game. So reply and buy a lottery ticket if you are concerned with it. Our main goal is to make the players happy. I'll post a new topic with the names of the players participating in it.

Gambling/betting is playing with money. Such as betting in card games sports or other things. It has nothing to do with Lottery. And who said we're a government of an Islamic state?

Well if you think about it, we're helping the poor people, but we can't just go and pay everyone. Although, in my opinion, Hitman should make it free like I've made mine.

Well the lottery is mostly for poor players so if rich players buy many tickets then it's unfair for them. Let's see what Hitman says.
