It has been said many times that just saying we've too many admins is not a valid reason and therefore this vote will not be counted until a valid reason is provided.

D.E.V.I.L, the reason why I applied at this time because Rainbow Dash noticed me that 3 admins left. So therefore, two were accepted, then this is my last chance. BTW as 4K and Hitman said, my timezone will help me a lot like how you don't join much. So, again, therefore I have the advantage for becoming admin.
