I don't want to change texture i want to change model.

Well, to change model, you should make model or download any moder's work.
You need to know basics of any 3d software if your gonna make a new model.(3Ds Max/Maya is what I know)
Follow these steps:
*Get Autodesk 3ds Max
*Download Kam's Max Script (to import/export the model as dff file)
*Get blueprints of the model you wanna create,then make it.
*Reduce polygon count/mesh (So the model will work charm in game)
*Export your 3d file as .dff using Kam's Max Script.
*Get any studio tool for VC like 'DFF Viewer or DIR Manager' to import/export your dff files.
zModeler is easier than max but it will make you bored
P.S: Not an easy task, will take days to complete a model(depends on your dedication).

I've tried this myself and I am little confused how to link the DFF file with the txd file. For example when you edit a texture in txdworkshop and you press the button compare with dff, there are sometimes name inside that dff file that has to match the texture names. Is that what DFF viewer or DIR manager is for?
Would be cool to learn this stuff, but there is unfortunately not many tutorial you can find out there that tells you stuff like that (I have tried to find it many times).

Let me know what software you prefer, if it is 3ds max I have sent some reference to your inbox.
If you face error like crashing game or something like that then it is polygon issue, you can fix it in couple of seconds using VU map in max.
