Denied [Denied] sparrow and hunter Solution

it have been annoying that the owners of hunter and sea-sparrow abuse its use as they own it. the first thing they do is they spawn the hunter and sparrow to some secret location so no one can get them and after 20mins, they use it. and in case if someone kills them with sparrow or hunter, they get the player by doing /getcar inside any building and it is destroyed. it would have been better if you make the ownership to the state of vice city and if we want to use heli, we pay 25k to buy a ticket to fly.  in this case all players can have equal rights. in state of ownership, players misuse the commands and ownership.

thats excellent idea instead of waiting 20min we have to pay 50K or more, coz players will not use it very frequently.

yes, players own them, i have been trolled many times, i was on spree and owner of heli got his heli inside building and i died. and then he hide the heli. i will not tell owners name Razz

firstly , Am not active 24 hour's to prevent player's to use it  ,  so , on the rest time i think other's use it . don't make stories .
secondlly , keep dreaming nerd , u know how much  i ( work hard / kill player's ) to bought sparrow ? about giving player's hunter/sparrow . i recognize Those player's  who deserve to use it . Not u , stubby/rpg  to much for you Razz . you alway's use sparrow/ hunter For things that are not satisfactory , like camp on station with it . kill newbie's continuously .  etc .  it will be abused by you .

I hate the players who get the sparrow and ruining my life so some times I need to drive peacefully but any way I think owning the sparrow is bad or hunter I think no one should buy it OK krlozz xD
