Keeps loading and doesn't do anything? If yes then:
Right click on your game (gta-vc.exe)
Choose properties
Go to compatibility
Click Run this program in compatibility mode for
And under it choose Windows 98 / Windows ME
And click ok
If it didn't work then do the same steps before on your VC-MP Browser too.

it happens with me in the past my gta vc work sometime and then It closes without any reason and give error which I didn't remember sometimes it worked to play in server but after 2 mins or 5 mins it crashes my game :X well,after I found clean copy of gta vc and then I installed vcmp on it,it worked fine have you deleted the copy of gta vc with which you played gta vc :X before it was working

Shrish, I guess you should try re-installing your game as well as the client. I've some questions though:-
1) Are you able to play the single player version of the game?
2) Were you able to play with the same configuration a while back?
3) Have you recently installed any mods?
Please furnish those answers and I'll be glad to help ya out!
TIPS:-
1) Try re-installing the game and don't mess it up with modifications.
2) If you're able to play the single version of the game then check the compatibility settings. You can do so by right clicking the on game's exe file and then click on properties and then go under the compatibility tab and chose the version of windows you got on your device which by my guess should be windows 8. If that too doesn't fix the issue then try downloading this client version:- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
