Hello, my real name is Paul Rodriguez and my family is from Mexico. I was moving to high school where my goals can accomplish. My life was curious because the only hobby I have is protecting the community in my heart. I wanted to graduate from high school to become a game artist. I do have the skills to becoming a game artist. The reason I applied for admin is because I had a bad experiences with hackers,taking over servers. At that day, in VCMP, speed hackers ruled the server and kept killing me, loosing all my cash and that made me sad. I was sad and frustrated that I wanted to make a change for VCMP. I want to put to an end of it and fight for our servers, who put their hard work on it. I had applied as admin since 3 weeks and I got denied because of my activeness. Since this three weeks, my activeness improved very well and I saw most of the admins.

What do you have to do as an admin:
Put an end to hackers/spammers/racists & give people freedom.

Why are you interested in becoming an admin:
I will serve and protect the server in my hands.

What qualifies you for the position of an admin:
1- Activeness
2- Responsibilty
3- Trustworthyness

Do you have any experience with being an admin (if yes, where, when, how):
No I haven't

Where do you see yourself in 2 months with this server:
Head Admin and no hackers existed in the server.

Your application looks good overall, but, there's a mistake. Please take a look at it.
And too, your activity has really improved, still then, as we have a lot of staff members, I'm going to say neutral.

Reasons:
-Well if you will be accepted you will can't put an end to Hackers, so you start at level 3. I want people who see for the other rules no just to want punishment to hackers.
-I like you cause we have a also time, but you need to have expercience with the rule brakers.

If I look at you improve your questions with something more real (To which reaches a level 3 Admin When accepted) I will say to you to "Yes"

I really appreciate your work but to be honest, You don't fit in for this duty at this juncture
So I've to vote a "NO" for now.

Reasons:-
1. There are too many admins at the moment. Most of them are active and can look after the server pretty well.
2. Speaking of your Behavior, I can't actually say anything about it but as far as I've seen your behavioral trait is very nice but I need some more time to judge your behavior more precisely. ( I will certainly remove this reason if your behavior isn't savage but the fact that I've not marked your attitude is what makes me turn down this quality of yours. )
3. I can't deny the fact that your English is good but your activity on the forum is not that promising.
4. I rarely see you help any person in-game or on the forums.

For me, the truth is almost no admins never stayed up much longer in the server at my time. I want to take that place who will stay more longer than other admins. I want players to learn their mistakes and follow our rules.

Oh, We aren't robots here that we will stay 24/7 in the server. We also have a life and many more things to do. We came in the server to check in and do our duty. Different admins join at different time so altimately the server is check as a whole team.

We'll think of it. For now all you need to do is jot down the facts which you said above and try achieving them by your wit. If you want to become an admin then do the best now and you will certainly get the result of your sheer hard work.
