I do not know much English because i live in the south of Mexico, but my spanish is perfect, it would serve much help new players who do not know English, i can understand most sentences in English and I can also answer but my English is not good, any doubt can tell me

It seems that you're quite experienced. But to be honest, We can't just qualify you for an admin right now since the competition is too tough, You need to be more active.  

I'm going to vote a "NO" since you lack the things required for an applicant which is apparently mandatory. They are listed as follows:-
1.) You're not eligible for this position since your forum activity is not that great. Therefore being not up to the mark as expected from an applicant.
2.) It might sound strange but really I got to say that your in-game activity has not influenced me at all and doesn't look promising.
3.) There are too many admins at the moment, some of them are very active and can spend some of their leisure period to look after the server. To conclude I would say that we require the best of the best.

there are many applications right now and you are just simply too new compared to the rest to apply. try again 3-4 weeks and in the meantime stay more active on the forum and the server.
