Public beta test for patch 3.2

Note: Read everything before joining.
Information
Your job is to join the public beta server and play capture the flag using /ctf it's recommended that you try to use the rocket launcher from time to time as well to see if that script works.
If you are alone just try testing the rocket launcher.
Rules
- You have to be online on the normal server at the same time as you are online in the beta server.
- You have to listen to an admins order immediately and don't waste their time with questions not related to testing the server.
- If you disturb angel or don't listen to his command you will be kicked from the server. (Assuming angel is there)

BUG; no /ctflist, you need to vote /yes yourself, red counter stuck at 12, apparently not editing a prop anymore is an error

Also after some players do a round and one leaves. The round doesn't even start for anyone else saying a round is going on even when the players of former round leave it.

It is so nice patch.really have many surprises.no wonder if angel have problems in hosting it as it has many new things

Well i found 2 or 3 bugs
Match dosen't starts even it says the votes have been counted and everyone casted their vote /yes this bug occured 3 times
another bug occurs sometimes when u type /start 24 it says there is already an election going on
These bugs are related to /ctf 2

I left the cfs automatically when every body left I dunno if it is a bug and second thing when The game ended I couldn't shot until I typed /kill.
