hey guys,

Shamal/Glider plane, Should be 2 seaters or Unlimited seaters. Because its too big and got rooms to sit.

Hope it will be implemented.

or Add Hydra 2 seaters.

I don't think any GTA except GTA V supports 3+ passengers and 1+ drivers.

Although 4 players in a plane would be great.

We could also have a variety of planes, we could have a private jet, a passenger plane, a fighter plane, etc. etc.

4 passengers are enough for shamal and about Hydra 2 seats are good.

Shamal is like a small passenger plane and Hydra is like a fighter jet. Both are in GTA SA.

-1, as Crystal has clearly mentioned. It is not possible to do it unless you modify the custom vehicle completely or make it compatible to hold enough passengers or the easy way is to replace the plane which I guess would thrust the newbies to download more files which is neither great for the server nor for the newbies.
