It isnt any rule break, since we allow rpg close range, but we dont allow rpg fast switch which however I cannot see in the proof provided, I can just see him shooting rockets, he didnt switch or used any other weapon or switched back to rocked, a main point which should be noticed is, he didnt even move just kept shooting rockets without moving or switching.
PS: I'll leave it to higher admins since its he did it immediately after teleporting or there can be something, which I however I cannot see.

I've seen him using rockets often and I've told him to he careful to not rocket glitch. Also the proof doesn't show rocket glitching. Please see server rules to be aware of them.
