Hi , Iam Zeyad Ahmed Iam from Egypt iam 3 Pepratory School iam very polite and very active member i am active after 12AM GMT+2 and in this time no admin there , before 5 months i was ignore this server and not play it but i told give it a try Zeyad then i saw alot of players that beat another servers the Mutiplaying content are modern and very interesting and the staff are very very polite and helpful and polite to the players not as the others you will see my poor post count but i saw alot of users get post count from spamming in forum games (>>I dont mean any thing bad for the forum<<) and i love this community cuz it welcome for everyone the Owner , Managers , Head Admins , Admins , Stuff admins all are polite and helpful and i really want to join it

What do you have to do as an admin:
First Banning cheaters and hackers and punish rules breakers but not by abusing admin commands

Why are you interested in becoming an admin:
The Staff is AWESOME and i want to join it and will be honor for me

What qualifies you for the position of an admin:
1-Good English Skills
2-Scripting Skills and VB.net programmer
3-Polite Relationship
4-Daily Activity 4 hours or more in the on day

Do you have any experience with being an admin (if yes, where, when, how):
No but i will start in this server

Where do you see yourself in 2 months with this server:
i dont know really but maybe Moderator or a Head Admin

guys he has been playing for a long time on the server and has been on the forum for a while as well, its just that he doesnt want to spam. i think at least 75 % of you just say what the first person voted and votes the same, you should look at more than post count when judging people.

I was inactive? No, I kept checking the server everyday at least for a few minutes. The fact that I've spent almost more time in the server than what you did makes me active. 3- joining this community is my dream , not for Power
4- everyone see me new to the server due to my less post count but i know rules i spent with community more and more
5- may i be afk for a hour or two cuz i with crystal on our project or programming alone study

6- when i saw the staff are friendly and helpful so i decide to be in this staff not as the other servers Very Happy

7 - i reported for 1 time cuz the color codes Shocked

8 - iam not bad behavior with the players but may they make me mad

I agree too. I know being new in the community is immature but being active, politeness, caring is the best reasons of becoming an server admin. We care about protecting our community.

Guys the reason we listed as the activity is because of a very obvious reason. I know the applicant does have some potential but arguing with baba on his own application, also if you have everything you get we just can't neglect the the activity thing.

He may be very active in the server,might be very active on forums because he doesn't spam the forums like other do on forum games for post counts. (We note down a record of people who just increase their post counts on forum games)

But this still doesn't mean his activity is high. Now for admin position you atleast need to be that much activr that you discuss every important topic for a long time on forums and gain an overall trust from the community. When we accept admins Angel does'nt demote them unless they haram the server or ruin things at extreme point. So that is why you got negative votes.

I hope i made things clear.

i understand you Sardar you mean that i be more community member not being active and need to be trusted between the community
this community is the best ever i saw and i will do everthing that i can to do to be a member from the staff and protecting the server and help players in all thing for VK's Server and VCMP players

this community is the best ever i saw and i will do everthing that i can to do to be a member from the staff and protecting the server and help players in all thing for VK's Server and VCMP players

the management has voted. 11 have voted in the normal staff and 6 in the management staff. to make this easier to count im pretending that 12 admins have voted so each vote from a management staff counts as 12/6 = 2.

well it looks like this one of the rare cases where the management team is wrong and the normal admins are right. the management team at least 75 % of it felt like you were a good candidate. but we are only 50 % of the votes and we trust our admins. if 10 of our admins says no i hope they are doing so for a good reason and not following the flow. since admins have been given many chances to re-vote if they felt like zeyad has improved, i will deny this application right now. if i keep it open some admins are just going to asslick the management team and change their vote to yes, whether they do it on purpose our not.

its best if you try your luck again in 2-4 weeks, keep trying and might one day have a chance.
