We denied the app for a couple of days ago. He is really active and loyal here so I was thinking about the possibility of accepting him. But we decided to deny him for now and maybe give him another chance in the future. Thanks for posting this detonator. I will follow this report and see how it is treated.
Edit: About that link, cleaver told us that he was 16 or something. In that application or whatever it was, he states that he is 10 years old. So I'm starting to think that he might have lied to us.

1) the report you showed us is started by you and you have written the wrong age and his real age is 16...
2) all the things written in the report are your frustrations and a insult of cleaver..
3) cleaver is a pakistani so no way of making a report of cleaver in an indian server or forums..

Silence told (coming from cleaver) that cleaver lived in a poor part of pakistan and for that reason had poor education or no education at all. THat's why I believed the possibility that he could be 16, there is nothing that states that you by some certain age speaks fluent english. So to answer your question, yes I thought he was 16 because his "lie" about being poor and having a bad education seemed likely to me.

The report was accepted which means that cleaver did in fact speedhack + ban evade.
To cleaver (translate it for him silence if he doesn't understand)
If you wanna be an admin here in the future:
1. You have to stop hacking for good.
2. You have to be more mature.
I recommend that you improve yourself and re-apply after you have done so. Do not re-apply before 2-3 months have passed at least.
