I do know Viper is a big rule breaker but we can't take these chat logs in consideration as they can be edited. Left click the file and open in MozzilaFire Fox the take screenshot.

desi the staff won't believe these logs that you copied because maybe you edited them and for screenshots there isn't only fraps, use the snipping tool it is available in any windows OS and picture these evidences and Sardar will do his job without any problem.

Rohit, The logs you posted there will be 2 logs, 1st HTLM and 2nd .txd. Open HTML logs and take snap shot using sniping tool.

Player will be banned as the evidence clearly states that he had insulted and provoked desi on his best, thankyou for reporting.

report has been taking into consideration. a ban is not a suitable punishment for this behavior we implemented a new provoking and insulting rule to prevent people from getting people they dont like banned.

"You're not allowed to insult other players frequently. Insulting someone includes calling players by offensive names and/or swearing at them. It is also not permitted to insult someones religion or culture. If a player is caught insulting another player /ignore is a recommended action. If the player is evading /ignore or insulting a lot of players frequently a recommended punishment is /mute from the admin. If the player evades the mute more than 2 times and have received several warnings that he will be banned if he doesn't stop, a tempban is a suitable punishment."

1. nothing he does in the report is frequently based on the proof.
2. there are no other reports linked to this topic.
3. /ignore is what you are supposed to do. only if the player evades mute or /ignore should he be punished with anything else.
4. noob is not an insult.

5. "Spamming by repeating a message or by flooding the chat with messages, is not allowed. Anyone that is caught spamming frequently should be warned, kicked or temp-banned, depending on how serious the spamming is."

again i dont see him frequently spamming.

6. the screenshot you are showing shows that saladin is the one writing the insults and that viper used the * to correct him on his language. i have no idea what saladin said or why someone would correct someone on their insult? either way this is not frequently.

7. the proof you posted first is just a log.

to sum it up: sardar did not make a mistake by accepting this report, his mistake was to ban you. what you did is not a bannable offense unless it happens so often that /mute and /ignore doesnt help. sardar might have seen this type of behavior from you in the past and have more proof in his head, but this report doesnt contain much proof to have someone banned.

he will be unbanned and given the proper punishment which is a warning for some of the stuff he did. if another report shows up, link to this one and if enough things happen this type of behavior can lead to a ban but there simply isnt enough evidence to support a ban.
