What did he do? Describe please: He was baned before for abusing for 12 days and after he got unban he said i will not repeat it again he is again abusing he again deserves a perm ban or temp ban here are links of his previous reports

Desi has been several times warned and temp banned for abusing almost everyone. There are already two reports linked to him, He did promise me that he won't do it again yet he broke his promise and abused parents.
He is now banned from the server till he convinces us or talks to Angel about it.

tottaly unfair i dont know how uh people listen when someone abuse ur parents
he always abuse and provoke me first from the time when i was newbie
and why he"s not ban i showed uh proof also he abuse me first?

and sardar ur bro also abuse me i didnt even report him
uh show proofs uh warn me and proofs that i abuse almost everyone ??
