He never promised that he will return it when you leave the clan, and therefore it doesn't come under the scamming rule. You can try asking him nicely and if he wants he'll give it back to you, but if he doesn't want to give it back then we can't do anything.

Staff or players cannot help you to get back your money provide an evidence that show that sardar forced you to donate the money and that he took the money for himself elsewhere nobody will help you and I agree with the punishment.

Not stole,I used that cash to purchase our thugz prop (prop 64) when I got the opportunity because that cash was to purchase the prop as we had planned about it.BTW , it's your problem that you didn't said to me that you need your cash back because this matter was very old and I don't remember these type of old things.
