What did he do?Describe please : He again misused his power to " [ExT-D]Bodda".He warned him for invalid reason " spamming",while he wasn't spamming.He did something like this in past and he got warned for this.

At least let him present his description regarding the report. Let him devise the post till then let's be patient. I hope he would be able to arrange some proofs against the report filed. If he fails then it will go bad with him.

Same here. I'll give you 1 day or 2 to respond. If you don't respond you will be demoted since you've done this in the past.

is not allowed he repeated the same messege and since he is not a newbie he deserves

Okay I accepted my mistake but the thing that confused me was that server anti spam mutes after repeating the messege fourth time and i thought that if he does 2 or 3 times its our duty.

(EDIT) Angel will promote most of trainees to lvl 4 my suggestion is that let me on trail for 1 to 2 months more in this way i will understand every single rule and how they work.

Angel is a man of his words and you have done it thrice and you were on the verge of getting demoted if you get reported and here you are reported.
If an admin gets reported this much i don't think he deserves the spot as there are good canidates waiting in the list.

I would recommend demoting him and giving chance to other canidates who are already trained as we have 21 admins already, he can pratice stuff and learn by watching admins do their job and then apply later for the staff. We can not possibly make server reputation and player count on risk just for more training. This is the only best advice i could give at the moment.

3 chances already given, why give more by taking risk of servers reputation and player counts? Noobs don't join if you punish them like this. That was a different time about which you are talking, at the moment ee already have 21 admins why waste time instead of giving the spot to someone deserving.

I do think only 3 chances were enough.

Its actually his fourth report and the last report on which Angel previously said if he gets reported again he will be demoted so here he is being reported.

i think syndicate should get one last chance. 'if he gets reported again' (with valid proof against him) he and D.E.V.I.L both should be demoted

I'd like to think that I am a nice person and I want to give people a chance. Sufy got like 20 chances and had ever punishment there is.

The problem here with syndicate was that he didn't really understand what spamming was. He thought spamming was repeating the same message and avoiding the auto muter. That's not the case and he now knows the rules.

Is that an excuse for getting reported 4 times? No not really. But I have played with him and seen him play with Rainbow and I personally think that he has learned something from this experience and I don't want to kick someone for what he did in the past if it isn't a problem anymore.

I want to give him another chance by extending his trial period for 1 to 2 months because of what I said above and because devil said that he were going to take him under his wings and teach him.

I have broken my words and I am sorry for it. If he gets reported again he will be demoted. You might not trust my words since I said the same in the past, but my gut feeling is telling me this is the right decision.

He will receive a last warning and advise syndicate to be the most friendly admin ever and try to convince rule breaks to stop rule breaking before he uses any admin command. One more thing and I am going to have to demote you. Don't betray my trust, because I believe in you.
