Reasons: You couldn't write an admin application without help. English is below average. You seem immature. Also you haven't gotten many posts on the forum and you're not that active ingame. You have no admin experience in others servers, or if you have you haven't answered the question correctly. And many other questions are not answered correctly and not much effort has been put in the Admin application. Overall you're new to the community and the admin application is below average.

What do you have to do as an admin:
It's quite patent and unadorned

Administering the server
Keeping server safe from hackers, glitchers, etc.
Promoting the server by performing good deeds.
Stay Active
Respect every member of the community, no matter he/she is an admin or not.
Obey my seniors.
Be polite, kind, gentle and honest towards community members.
