Devil shouldn't be punished and this report should be denied because there is still some confusion regarding this rule, and I request all 8+ admins to vote on this rule so we can have a fixed rule about spawn killing.

Read the rules as it is now, that's always what applies.
If you would've read my full reply you would've seen: From now on we need to discuss rule changes together before we update the topic so this doesn't occur again.

Spawn killing (CPE): Killing another player the first 1-5 seconds on his/her normal spawning position is disallowed. Anyone who breaks this rule frequently should be punished with a warning, a kick, stat reset or a ban.
CPE This is an exception in custom properties and is up to the owner of the property.
So, the rules says that spawn killing is allowed in custom props. So, this report should be denied.

Even it's a custom property or main world, Why do you people have to spawn-kill? Can't you guys wait for like 5seconds and do it with a fight rather then spawn-killing And DEVIL you are An Admin you should avoid these type of things whether they are allowed or not.

I think No more discussion is needed so better is to lock the report. I think in future, We should implement more rules with proper Counselling so there will not be any confusion regarding the rule.
