Reason: Its clear that you aren't ready for this position yet. These clear reasons are as follow and your application also doesn't seem to be like it should be.
1-Your behavior needs alot of improvement.
2-You aren't mature enough to get accepted at the moment. We clearly see your immaturity when you kill someone in a row you create a topic (raped) to insult that player.
3-I never saw you help anyone, i personally wait first for players to help a guy in need to see if they respond or not.
4-Your English isn't good which is basically the language here to interact with each other.
Reason: Its clear that you aren't ready for this position yet. These clear reasons are as follow and your application also doesn't seem to be like it should be.

denied. sorry xpert we only pick the best of the best and the ones who really want it. when you dont write your admin application properly its a sign that it was rushed or you didnt read the application format enough. that to us means that you dont want it or dont care enough to get it.
denied. fix your format next time and spend extra time to make sure that every detail is perfect. even something like writing: admin application instead of Admin Application affects it.
