I believe that guy uses dll injection to make this server (I could be totally wrong though). Dll injection = your anti virus program going crazy.
I might be able to make it in the future with my NPC's. Right now I can get them to detect you when you are infront of them. I can also turn them in the direction they are walking and I can make them say shitty things about me.
Not on the top of priority list but might happen in the future.

I have an injector which I made myself obviously and no antivirus picks it.
Also, VCMP also injects VCMProxy.dll into gta-vc.exe.
And, I have been successful in injecting CLEO.asi into gta-vc.exe
