The client just can't rename the file, because the client doesn't have privileges to do so.

Make sure in your settings that Updater URL is:

http://u04.maxorator.com

If it's not then copy it and put in your settings where it says Updater URL.

And try running as an Administrator.

Sometimes, the update engine of maxorator gets crashed, so that problem shows up. But According to hari's problem, he can download the update, but can't install. He doesn't give the permission to the VCMP client to do things. Hari, try running it as admin.

I guess Thijn also provides the updater link. But I can't assure that it is online and still working.
