Right now, I don't have a PC but i created this windows XP on VM Work Station [Virtual Machine] on my brother's PC but that is not the problem anyway, its the same thing in Windows 7 N 8 N 8.1 N 10, just check it!

Guys the problem is not in the windows speed,but yes Thunder you are right, before I sold my PC I was have windows 10 and its the fastest windows as Microsoft killed all the bugs and I didn't find any bug in it, but you must guys see in YouTube the fix of this problem and enjoy your internet speed by 100% of it
