NE.Restricted banned in xe :P

I don't really care about what res does in XE. He has promised to not hack on our server, unless I need his help with something.

Lol, tell me how you ban evade?

If admins hack, why can't the players? Angel how can you let hackers be a manager lol. 
If any admin is found hacking, he should be warned 3 times then demoted.

Res has been with us since the beginning, he is loyal and doesn't hack on our server unless I say so. At the moment I need at least one hacker to get through walls so that I can make cool locations for a prison and other things. I have nothing against hacking as long as it is not used to kill other players. If proof is shown that an applicant is hacking, he will of course not be accepted anymore. But res applied before we became a serious server, which means that as long as no proof is presented that he is breaking the rules (on our server) He can't be demoted.

If you get the permission to hack on the server for a short period of time to test a script or something remember that there is always two rules:
- Do not attack or kill other players
- If other players attack you do not evade them with hacks, let them kill you.

I do of course not give people permission to hack very often, I think I've only done it when we tested the auto kicker for hacking, and 2-4 times to get some prison locs. I hope this sounds fair to you and answers your question.

OFF TOPIC: I have heard many complains about res command abusing, I'm looking into it, but as I said I need proof.

Edit: I do however not support him hacking on XE, But I can't really make rules for what you can't do on other servers.

Guys he doesn't hack on our server.

He doesn't hack alright, but yesterday he changed his subnet and IP, joined with 2 different names (I only remember one name, UnitedKingdom) and he said with THIS nick ,,now the connection is from UK xD" and he also answered me ,,I changed the subnet JUST FOR FUN".

The question here is did he tell you from the start that he was res or did he tell you later on? What he said to you in that nick-name sounds like he did tell you about it. The important thing is whether he changed his subnet to go undercover or changed it just show you what he can do. Anyways changing subnet is not a rule break, unless you're banned and trying to ban evade.

I got at least 5 of his subnets, If he using a connection from UK it is probably not his subnet. I believe it is some sort of proxy server.

I do not support hacking in other server either. But we can't punish him on our server for what he does in other servers.

Angel, you should make autokick on proxy users like in ea server.
You can only join with your real ip adress and not with fake one.
