[Solved] Help-VC:MP not starting.

Hey guys i'm facing some problems with VC:MP. I posted on the official forums for help but still found no solution. This was the topic: http://forum.vc-mp.org/?topic=1939.0
If you don't want to open that topic i'll copy paste all the stuff below. I hope someone solves it.
(Hey guys i need some help. Whenever i try to join any server it says 'Downloading version 04100' something after the download completes it says 'failed to rename new installation'. I have also reinstalled VC:MP but the problem presists.
After many attempts of reinstalling VC:MP it now shows downloading version 04reI003, after the download completes it shows "version used by the server is not installed and failed to download". Any help would be appreciated.)

All I can up with, if you haven't tried it: Run VC-MP as an administrator by right clicking it and if it doesn't download then maybe your firewall or anti virus program is blocking it. THat's all I can think of.

I'm waiting for Diamond's link.
Chuck i tried running it as an administrator, turned off/on forewall and Antivirus program but the problem presists. No server is starting up.
