When I went lahore I was playing in Rambo pc so on that time rambo is sitting with me during playing I'm also explaining him about my frnds and vks staff.

Kakan the best proof would be a video and it would avoid these arguments. It doesn't matter if the rule breaker is 9 years old or 3 years old, the punishment is same for everyone.
I checked the other guy's alias and it showed none found. This shows Fire did not use 1 computer to open 2 accounts, he might have used a 2nd computer to open the other account, but we can't be sure about that because we don't have evidence.
Kakan if you had made a video we could easily tell if it's stats padding or not.
