[Approved] Skin jobs / shop system

My idea is that, there will be Shop-lifters and Shop-owners, with Law-enforcement, and an individual Tommy.

Shop owners: will spawn inside shops and will be able to sell stuff for money.
Shop lifters: will have to steal from shops as much as they can without being caught by the law enforcement.
Law enforcement: teams should look out for shop lifters and hunt them down, eventually killing or jailing them.
Tommy: will have to try and take over as many shops as possible, receiving money from the shops once he takes over. He'll have to look out for both shop-lifters and law enforcements.

This is a good roleplay idea, but as always I'm saving the roleplay script until the next version. I will mark this as noted and decide what to do with it after I start scripting on the roleplay system.
