[Solved] Forum Private Message bug

Date the bug occured: Since it was created i guess
The command the bug belongs to: PrivMessage
Description of the bug: Whenever I send a private message and in 10 seconds or 2 mins i send another private message it says U cannot send a private message as soon as u posted one try again after few moments (OR somthing like that) but then even tho showing tht message the private message goes to the person, This happened to me and angel yesterday :DD

It said so because to control flooding there is specific time for messages per minute.

Yeah, sometimes when I create a topic it shows you can't because flood control is going on, but still then the topic is created! This bug is happening in all phpBB forums.

This is when you accidentally double-click the send button. It gets send once and it tries to double post it but then the flood control prevents it from sending.
