[Format] How to make a Rulebreaking Report and why

Here you can post any reports of rulebreaking by players on the server. When you make a report make sure the player actually did something against our rules. So check out this link first: VKs Server Rules.
If you are sure the person you want to report has violated a rule feel free to post your report here and please use the following form:

Topic Name: Player Report - Reported Rulebreak

Your in-game name:
Rulebreaker (in-game name):
Date and time of Rulebreaking:
What did he do? Describe please:
What /prop or what /world was he in?:
Level in /suspects and /hackcheck info (Skip if you are not a server admin. /hackcheck should be sent to Angel if you don't wanna post it in public):

If you want to report a hacker make sure that it is a hacker and not a lagger, before you make the report here. One method you can use to detect a hacker is the shotgun method. You can test a player with the shotgun method, by shooting the player down with a shotgun. If the shot-down player isn't hurt after that and NOT in the same team as you are, he is hacking and should be reported here.

NOTE: Raw evidence is required to submit evidence. If we happen to see any video-editing, such as altering the video's speed, adding any visuals, animated transitions, or anything that could interfere, you'll be asked to re-edit it and submit the new one. If you have any complaints, please contact the management staff.

- Changed the topic name for reports.
- Removed the part where says it will not be accepted if it not have the right format.

It will be a great if you guys use the correct format and the right title.
