[Closed] Player report- leon impersonating ,abusing

Your in-game name: Sardar.Khan
Rulebreaker (in-game name): leon
Date and time of Rulebreaking: Today.
What did he do? Describe please: He broke multiple rules, impersonating, Abusing and threatening admins.
To give full details. He at first claimed to be a brother of player leon, for which the real leon didn't give any permission or informed that he will be responsible for his action. When i told him that it is against rules he said you admins just afk al the time.
Well after telling him several times he was kicked but again he changed his nick and started abusing. I wont make this long because you can see the proof in the screenshots.
The reason because i stated the rule breaker name is 'leon' because it is leon's responsibility to protect his nick, we won't allow anyone to abuse or attack the server. He will be responsible for that, if his brother wanted to take part then he should have made another nick.

Lol he can use another name if you just use ban.
We can't punish him on server because we don't know if he is the same leon who plays in VKs Server.

I don't think we can punish him on IRC yet, because there is no ipban command and he will just create new nicks on IRC to abuse. I request Crystal to make this command (if possible) so we can deal with people like these in the future.
