What do you have to do as an admin:
Protect the server from any Imposter/Hackers.
Why are you interested in becoming an admin:
Just because I like this server and I just wanted to be an admin
What qualifies you for the position of an admin:
Because I can protect the server from hackers/imposters like said earlier

Reason: I have never seen you in server and never even heard about you. Your activity on forum is also very low. If i would have seen you little activity from you i would stay Neutral and give you a chance.

You have some good qualities such as good English skills and that you're trustable because you're Thunder's brother
Some negatives are you are extremely inactive, and have shown some immature behavior in the past which I'm trying to forget, but since I rarely see you it's hard to think of some good things.
An advice is to let this application continue, but increase your inactivity on forums and ingame.
Try to take part in discussions and conversations on the forums.
Try catching rule breakers ingame and report them so we see that you care about the server.
And I have to say this once again, increase your activity on forums and ingame.
