Reminder!! + Help for Smooth functioning of server

Hey guys as you all know that good people are making good topics but they are just only being read, they are not being Implemented..

I posted this topic to remind u all that they are just being read and the whole hard work of good people is going waster..
So guys, start it from you and everyone will copy you, just be good and follow all the topics and make other players follow too

I never saw even a single player following these rules except Sardar.Khan.. Its truth.. So, we want u all to follow the guidelines for smooth function of server...

(When Admin is available in Server)(For Admin)

I wanna give you an example!

For Example
I saw some players spamming for help
For eg 'Please tell me hot to teleport', 'Please tell me where r u', 'i teleported to u, I cannot see u'.. etc.. i never saw anyone helping these guys except Sardar.Khan and they spam, just all are busy in building their props/Talks..
So, guys please you are admin of Server, try to help them..
Some help but there are some admin who don't

(When Admin is not available in Server)(For Players)

Guys, if someone spams its your duty also to help them, telling basic commands to players who ask for help or if you see some newbies just tell them about server...
tell them about custom prop, basic commands like /radaroff /goto..
Some are new to VC-Mp too..
It just Hardly take up to 2-3 minutes.. what would happen? just u will increase the player count of server.. Can't u give little time, Angel made for and its now your duty to make it popular.
So, guys try to understand and PLZZZZZ HELP HELP!!

(When Admin is available in Server)(Before taking any action)
Admin, i know when u take action you are in anger but u know when u warn players and if he/she doesn't knew how to use forum, then what???
Admins, Control Your Anger and try to make that player understand that this is allowed and this is allowed.. maybe he didn't knew it, that's why he did it..
So, please try to make him understand, talk with that player and then if he/she doesn't even care to listen you, then a action should be taken..
Other wise what would happen is they will get angry and leave the server as they are new and that don't have interest, maybe they came to check the server, if they feel it good then they will be increasing our Player Count..
So, Admins/Players u have to take care of these little little things..

Guys as you know some guys don't even knew what is forum as u can all see maybe there are 30% of players on the forum..
If u get time or you are free please, try to make the newbie/player learn how to use forum or take his contact..
So, that he can also Be a part of our community and he can also get justice if he/she feels that they have been wrongly treated.

And the most important
If anyone joins the server Say HI! to him and welcome him even if he/she is not your friend too..
he/she will also become your friend and will feel comfortable and there will be unity and brotherhood among all.

I don't think we need a team to especially do this, it is the responsibility of every admin to help newbies. Don't want spam this topic, just giving my opinion.

Agree with ghost, every single player can teach newbies if they want to and ifc it's our duty to explain newbies.
