Reason given by the admin for the ban: Well, apparently the initial reason was warns exceeded or something as such, however I then ban evaded unintentionally and the punishment became more severe...

Your defense please: Well first of all, I'd like to say Hey and I hope that you're all within the best of health, it's been over 2 years now since I was banned here, for a reason that one could consider ridiculous? but at the same time, I can understand it from the staff pov, I just wish that a bit more understanding was shown.

so basically, for those who are not fully aware, back in July 2020 I was playing in VKs and I had some encounter with Mo and 3moree, this lead to me receiving a warn which meant I got pissed off at the time since I felt the warn was unfair, so I went back and forth with Mo for a while before I ended up leaving the server, now... hear me out on this, when I left the server, I was bored, and had planned to reinstall my windows due to some issues I was running into, hence I went and done that, upon reinstalling my windows, I joined VKs and started playing normally as I would, however I then got hit with a ban for the reason ban evade, and I was like wtf because my last memory of VKs was being warned, no one had informed me that warn had somehow changed into a ban or whatever the case was, but the staff and especially Mo refused to understand or believe my side of the story, hence I've pretty much been stuck on the same chapter since 2020 which is pretty long to be honest.

and since staff saw this as a ban evade regardless, I also accepted this in my last appeal, and I do apologise for it, the only thing I want to make very clear though was that it was totally unintentional as you can most likely tell from my explanation above, I had no idea I got banned, my last memory before changing my windows was being warned, and of course changing your windows clears your aliases so I had no way of knowing that I was banned or whatever the case was, until Mo banned me for the reason "ban evade"

I hope that my appeal can be considered and that I can be given a chance to play here again...

After my last appeal was denied, I was going to make another appeal right after, because I had explained the full situation to 4K and he had agreed to unban me on certain terms, but darkrazor denied my appeal and I just couldn't be bothered to post another in all honesty, I felt like I was running around in circles, over and over again and that I probably wont get unbanned, but it's been over 2 years now and I hope that you guys can give me a chance, I'd appreciate it.

once again, I do apologise for the situation and whatever misunderstandings / inconvenience may have occured, I just wish to get my side across.

Answer from Angel(2023-05-19): Sorry for the long wait. I doubt you are still waiting for a decision, but I'll try to be straight with you. You have already been forgiven on the july 1st topic, which is the last chance someone can ever get in our old rules. But it has been many years so it's possible this can be reversed in the future. However, I don't know you and some people in the staff still lack trust of you. Therefor, I have to deny the topic. I feel the only next step is that you talk to the people in the staff that are still here and try to convince them that you are trust worthy. Any unban topic you open again in the future will be closed until some progress can be made on your case.
