he was under alias here, look closely at 0:21 how he fired 2 shots consecutive without any waiting, it is clear sign of aurora, such thing is disabled by default in VCMP
here's the video to show you guys that this is under no way possible in vcmp (it's possible only with spaz and sometimes with stubby, but NEVER with shotgun)

and an important aspect to take in consideration is the fact that this guy is banned for the same reason in EC and BRL, and he was also kicked from u1, his past clan, because he was found using these tools

I will post this comment as reminder to admins to read and understand my post word by word, and go over it slowly to properly understand my perspective, because otherwise you will miss the point and you could possibly rush to deny the report
