If you claim your brother was responsible for breaching into the victim's account, meaning he would have to go through all of that trouble with a motive, but with no relationship with each other, I find that to be not plausible.

You claim he doesn't own an account here, therefore he doesn't play in the VKs server. So, I'm getting the instincts you are coming up with excuses here.

As mentioned several times with previous offenders, regardless who was in the possession of your account, the suspect's account is the one responsible for the matter and is to be punished, according to the rules.
