Thanks for reporting. We are usually not that serious about advertising. Here you are allowed to tell your friend to come to another server. But it seems kinda like they are trying to advertise to everyone and masking it as talking to a friend.

With all due to respect, they failed to meet one of the requirements mentioned in the rule.
Advertising: ... A player is, however, allowed to ask his friends by any means to come and play somewhere else through PM...
Therefore, I believe it would be reasonable enough to punish [GF]xX_Legend_Xx for failing to ask his friend to join a server privately. As a result, a warning will only be issued to [GF]xX_Legend_Xx as he was the rulebreaker. We also apologize for the delay.
