A simple suggestion that in '/toplist <1-18>', we get our progress of what that top list is of at the bottom.

For example, on a top list of Most Kills, we get our kills displayed at the bottom of the list.

The problem isn't reading through just 10 names to find your own. It's that in some of the toplists it's either hard to get your own performance of it or impossible to if you're not in the top 10.
