Goodbye Mo & Congrats to promoted staff members

I am sorry to say that Mo will be leaving the staff. This is something he has planned for a long time and kept me informed about ever since November I believe. He has stayed and make sure VKs is in comfortable spot before he leaves and now was the perfect time. Mo has always been very active, strict and punished a lot of rule breakers. It will be hard to replace him! I wish him the very best!
Now to some good news: 3more is now level 9. Agent and Smoke gets level 7. Bang gets level 5 for passing the admin test.

I acknowledge Mo's work throughout his time here in the staff and I'll wish him good luck for his future. Also, I would like to congratulate the rest who were promoted, well deserved.
