Date and time of banning: it's been pretty long... sometime in mid July.
Reason given by the admin for the ban: warns exceeded? if I remember correctly, however I was unaware that he removed my warn and banned me, so when I joined the server randomly after upgrading my windows, I joined the server to normally play, not knowing that Mo had banned me

Your defense please: Well, it's been around 7 months since I was banned, and I posted an appeal shortly after that which was denied due to me disrespecting Mo throughout the heated encounter... I just wanted to say that even tho I wasn't entirely at fault, I've reflected upon my actions through these 7 months which pretty much lead to my ban, abusing, fighting with Mo etc... also throughout these 7 months I got unbanned in other servers in order to try and prove myself, such as ec... so basically, I just wanted to apologise for my abusive behaviour, I can assure you that nothing as such will happen again, I just wish to play here again, if you guys are are willing to give me a chance... I promise I wont let you down, I also apologise for whatever else went on in those days, as I said it was a pretty heated encounter since I didn't know I was banned, then when I randomly joined the server to play, I was accused banned for ban evading which lead to my anger, I feel that I could've dealt with the matter in a more professional manner, rather than things having to become personal and fighting with Mo... sorry for that. I hope that I can be given a chance in order to rectify and redeem myself..
