I searched online and could not find any similar huds. It is likely that the hud you are looking for is custom made and not released to the public. It's not very hard to create huds, so you can have a go at it yourself. If you don't feel like you can, here's another good HUD that I found:

I also saw this font after going nowhere with YouTube stuff but I'm late either and afaik the font I got was from some WK hud made by Kakarot(I guess).
