[Closed] Having problems with VC-MP browser

I´m having problems trying to join a server in VCMP, this haven´t happened to me before, i was able to play without any problem.. but i was innactive and when i tried to play again i found VCMP crashing on the load screen, with the messsage "gta_vc.exe has stopped working". I immediately looked for a solution on google. I tried locating the gta vc folder directory on the vcmp browser, as i saw on google, and i tought it would help since i´ve uninstalled and re-installed the game a couple of times..   I set the gta vc folder, but when i click on "ok" to save changes, the Tools menu doesn´t close, i can´t confirm, cancel or even close vcmp, the only way i have to close it is by finishing task on the Task Manager.

My gta vc is installed on the D drive, on Documents, just like other games i install. I don´t install them on C drive, because i don´t have much disk space there for games. GTA VC works perfectly fine when playing singleplayer, so it doesn´t seems to be a problem with the vc executable.. anyways, when looking for help, i have been provided with a link to install a 1.0 crack version of the gta vc executable, because other versions doesn´t work in VCMP.
Though i tried those things to fix this problem, and restarted the pc to see if it would help.. but i still have this "freezing" problem when i enter on Tools menu from VCMP, where i cannot click on anything, not even closing it with the X button.
I hope there´s a solution for this..

Have you installed the Visual C++ 2013 redistributables? Have you tried installing DirectX from the runtime packages? Are your drivers up-to-date? Particularly graphics drivers. What operating system do you use? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit? When did this problem start occurring? Is there anything that you suspect may have broken the game in particular? What are your system specs?

I use Windows 10, with 64 bits operation system. My sistem is up-to-date, and so it´s drivers. This problem has started yesterday, when i tried to play vcmp after some time being innactive.

I have put mods to gta vc before, just a couple of small mods, such as camera moving in vehicles, swim animation mod.. and a external program to customize the player skin. But when i realized VCMP was crashing after loading, i related it to the mods and removed them.
I´ve uninstalled and re-installed gta vc once, because i had problems playing singleplayer.

Okay, so, if you open the search bar (in the task bar) and type "Programs" and click Add or Remove Programs. If you don't see Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable..., you can install them here.

There´s two of them, so yes, i have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) and Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64).

If you have something like teamviewer tell me then you can go into your computer and understand the problem

Mhm, i already have used Teamviewer, in recommendation of a friend, so he tried to help me. But it didn´t work.. it´s confuse.. at this point seems like the problem is my OS, since Windows 10 has a lot of problems while playing old games like gta sa and gta vice city..
