He did Spawn Kill only once in your video, which can't be counted as Spawn killing. Can you show if he continued doing Spawn killing after that?

i remember mason giving me a warn because i made 1 spawnkill, anyways i left the server to report him after he spawnkilled me with chainsaw...

The punishment for a spawn kill reported on forum is a perma-warn. Please refer to the link I've sent you on Discord.

The report will soon be handled by a level 6+ admin.
