Now Vice City looks like modern from this game-play. Is this video editing, or some graphics modes?

The graphics look different, I don't think it's editing. I don't know if about mods though.

I just made the color effect, everything else you see is done by the server which is really a great job.

It's supposed to be a video showing the server. How would you like if everything got cut every time he gets a kill. How will you be able to see the features of the server. Of course, you would still complain about that, without any rational reason.

I had played there way longer, almost like 1.5 hours. But, i started recording at the last moment so didn't have much but still showed from what i got. I didn't upload a ownage video that i have to show so many kills lmao. And if you are asking about kills, ask anyone who was at the beta test. I got more kills than anyone was there. Smile
